1. The complaint submitted by the customer shall be answered on the date the complaint was received by the Complaints Department.
2. It is necessary for the customer to complete all the data of the complaint form.
3. If the complaint requirements are not completed, it will result in the complaint not being considered or answered.
4. In case that the Kuwait International Takaful Insurance Company does not respond to your submitted complaint, you may submit a complaint to the Insurance Regulatory Unit through the website: iru.gov.kw
